How do I book an appointment?

What happens during my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a relaxed consultation where we assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend a personalised treatment plan — no pressure, no obligation.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
For most treatments you can arrive as you are. If a specific treatment needs preparation, we'll let you know when we confirm your booking.
What are your clinic timings?
We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, and closed on weekends.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Of course. Just contact us ahead of time and we'll happily move your appointment to a slot that suits you better.
